When Alessia was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2025, her dad, Greg, was thrown onto a rollercoaster. He is passionate about working with her care team, and with the Children’s Brain Tumor Project, to help raise awareness for children with brain tumors. Recently, Greg was invited to appear on The Kelly Clarkson Show (with guest host Roy Wood Jr.) to share his story with Michael Strahan. Strahan, who was on the show celebrating his daughter Isabella’s engagement after her own battle with a brain tumor, was deeply moved by Greg’s words. Without hesitation, he embraced Greg and offered heartfelt words of encouragement.
